The bottom line is this, and you know it. When you are Georgia Southern, I don’t care if you are 0-10, you are the other teams superbowl. Every team on our schedule circles us as a game that is bigtime. Ya’ll have just entered this echelon. Congrats on that, but your lack of respect for us is telling about your insecurity. stink? Get real. Were it not for GSU, App would be relegated to a pathetic private school and inferior SoCon, and vice versa. Right now, you need us, and we need you. we are working on getting out of this “stink” of a conference rightnow, but until then, respect our rings, and we’ll think about respecting yours.

Ahh there may be some truth to what you say, did the alcohol wear off. When we refer to your beloved GSU as the “stink”, we mean that horrible smell that is coming from the area around GSU, and some times near your stadium. Why dont you call the EPA and we can get that cleaned up…..
Never smelled a thing. I think it is probably your app state upper lip that holds the odor of which you speak.

Opie, in all seriousness, I’m intrigued by your passion for moving to the FBS, taking the moratorium out of the equation. How much outcry is there within your fanbase? And where do you legitimately think you would wind up playing conference-wise and how do you think GSU would perform in that conference? I respect the 6 titles, that shows your program knows what it takes to win, but it’s been awhile…the timing of all of this seems off to me. But honestly, I am really intrigued by your passion to move up and how you think it would all play out and how successful you guys could be.
I hope Opium didn’t save all his change for a plane ticket to go to his Homecoming cause Lil’ Sammy showed up to play.
